THE cabins

Each of our four cabins is clad in natural and charred cedar, seamlessly blending into the sword ferns, cedar, hemlock and fir trees that surround it.

A Jotul woodstove, hand-split firewood harvested from the property and a Granfors Axe are stocked for your stay. Le Creuset cast iron pots and pans will be a welcome companion in the kitchen.

Vintage books, board games, and artifacts collected from travels across Canada, as well as a three-piece bathroom featuring Sangre de Fruta product, high-quality queen mattress and flannel sheets complete the interior. All cabins offer a private experience with peaceful views of the forest throughout.

Wood-fired sauna

A Nordic wood-fired barrel sauna is exclusively available to guests. There is also an outdoor firepit and a BBQ on site. Guests are free to roam the property and access trails, viewpoints, and outside seating areas.

YOGA IN THE LOFT

The Yogaloft studio on the property is available for drop-in classes or can be arranged for private practice.

PRIVATE EVENTS & PHOTO SHOOTS

We have hosted events & weddings, as well as photo shoots for Lululemon, Lush, Goodland, and other brands. If you’d like to discuss bringing your creative idea or memorable event to life in our forest setting, please get in touch.

The Wildwood Cabins are centrally located, within walking (or stumbling) distance to Bowen's two cideries, as well as Alderwood Farm and Meadowbrook Market for food or supply stock up. The golf course, several of Bowen's best beaches and trails, as well as the cove are less than a 10 minute drive. We supply superb fresh ground coffee (no mud water here), organic olive oil, tea, salt and pepper. If the cluckers are laying, we're proud to pass a few beauties along for your enjoyment. We’ll also provide you with our "Locals List" of recommendations from 25 years of first hand experience.
